Lismore Business Optimisation Program

10 week intensive program of workshops and Business Advisory Services

As part of their on-going post flood support and Business Optimisation initiatives, the Lismore Business Panel (LBP) and the Lismore Chamber of Commerce & Industry have developed a new series of a business programs for Lismore businesses for 2017-18. The progams have been developed after extensive consultation with Lismore’s business community.

The full cost of the program will be covered by the LBP so participation for Lismore businesses is FREE!

Due to the popularity of these workshops a second workshop date has been provided for each workshop.

Action Planning Working Groups – Wednesday 25 October & Tuesday 14 November
A practical session of working on individual action plans for momentum and growth

• Participants bring in their challenges and in groups of 2-3 our business advisors will work with you to create an action plan for the next 3-6 months.

As part of this program you will have the opportunity to work with a Business Connect Advisor for one-on-one advisory services to undertake a Business Health Check and to work on specific challenges for your business.

Workshops will start in the week beginning 28/08 and will run every two weeks. There will be two workshop groups – one
during the day (10am-1pm) and another in the evening (5pm-8pm).
