In the event public health orders pertain, the committee reserves the right to call this meeting, by email to the membership at any time exceeding 24 hours beforehand, at an electronic address [Zoom].

To vote, please ensure that your membership is current.
Corporate members must supply a written nomination appointing a natural (human) delegate. There is no provision for proxy voting.

1. Welcome by President

1. Confirm the minutes of the last preceding AGM;

2. Committee reports on the activities of the association during the last preceding financial year;

3. Receive and consider the financial statement under section 26(6) of the Act;

4. Election of office-bearers of the association and ordinary members of the committee
