Il Carretto Pizza started as a mobile pizzeria back in 2010 and has since evolved to become one of the region's best pizza institutions.
Since the beginning, our commitment was to create rustic traditional sourdough pizzas. Our dough is our strength. It is made using only top quality Australian stone ground unbleached organic flour, filtered water, extra-virgin olive oil, salt and sourdough starter. Our dough is left to ferment naturally which means that the time it rises depends on many factors including temperature, humidity and activity of the sourdough culture. This process of natural leavening creates a light, easy to digest pizza.
We are famous for our community pizza nights in Bangalow, Clunes and Bexhill. We are all about an affordable night out for you and your family with all our venues being BYO and kid friendly.
