The Cassettes are part spoof, part awesome. Their concentrated, raucous, high-energy dance-theatre shows bring colour, beauty and genuine fun into any arena. Audiences rave about their experience, often describing the act as their festival highlight. With their spot-on 80’s music, eye-opening costumes, portable sound and lighting rig, The Cassettes entertain and engage audiences across all demographics. The Cassettes gorgeous and diverse dancers train weekly, and are directed by Marissa Treichel, a professionally trained dancer and teacher with many years experience. The Cassettes choreographed big group performances, roving and workshops bring the good vibes to all festivals and special events including Hen's workshops and big birthdays.

The Albert Park complex is home to the sports of baseball and softball in the Northern Rivers and has hosted some of the most prestigious baseball and softball events and training camps held in Australia. The complex is unique in regional Australia in that it comprises four full-sized enclosed fields, two of which are under lights.

Lismore is well regarded as one of Australia’s strongest non-metropolitan baseball and softball communities. From humble beginnings in 1937, Lismore has produced a number of baseball legends who have represented NSW, QLD, Australia and even participated in Minor League in the US, Asia and Europe. Albert Park is located within a 5 minute drive of the city’s CBD, the Lismore Transit Centre, accommodation and health facilities.

Far North Coast Softball is located at Albert Park Baseball Park in Lismore.

The Association draws teams from Byron Bay, Casino, Lismore, Woodburn and surrounding areas.

Catering for all ages (tee-ball) through to senior women and men, Far North Coast Softball accommodates for all levels of abilities. 

The Association prides itself on having accredited coaches to coach our club and representative teams allowing all players the opportunity to improve their skills.

• Dedicated Group Cycle room with incredibly smooth magnetic resistance cycles and loads of air-conditioning and fans.
• Our Group Exercise takes place upstairs from the main gym and in a huge area complete with massive instructor stage with funky lighting to enhance the dynamic party atmosphere.
• Yoga takes place in a large peaceful carpeted area with soft lighting. Mats are provided for your extra comfort.
• After all the hard work you can chill out and wind down with a massage or just relax with a herbal tea.
